CUSTOMER CARE
At Petite L Paris we aim to create beautiful, inspiring and uplifting products, filled with color, imagination and dreamy illustrations that make your mind wander. Petite L Paris was created by our founder Lovisa Harborn when she lived in Paris. Just like our main character and mascot, the toy poodle named Petite L, Lovisa lived in the 8th arrondissement while she was studying at ESMOD PARIS, in a rooftop apartment right next to the beautiful Park Monceau. Lovisa has always loved to illustrate and to design clothes, and when she was living in Paris, she found herself starting to develop her own unique style of illustrating, inspired by her love of children’s books. Slowly but surely as she was inspired by the city of Paris and by her quick sketches of her own toy poodle Bruno, the concept of Petite L was born and all of the pieces started to fall into place. When she eventually moved to the little half island called Falsterbo Näset in the very South of Sweden, she officially launched her company Petite L Paris AB, and our journey began from there.

At Petite L Paris we value your privacy and always protect and handle your personal data with great care. The only personal data that is collected when or if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter The Petite L Paper, is your email address. We will only use your email to inform you about our latest news, discount offers or upcoming products in The Petite L Paper. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter at anytime. Petite L Paris has no access to your bank information.
Our payments are processed securely and safely through Stripe, which you can read all about here. The only personal data that we will store when you make a purchase from Petite L Paris is for shipping purposes, and in compliance with the GDPR EU laws which you can read more about here. Petite L is a small company and we handle all of our shipping in house. Therefore, we will only use your name and your shipping address to successfully ship your purchased items to you.

When you purchase an item from Petite L Paris, we will only use your email address to inform you that your purchase was completed successfully. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will then send you another email informing you that your product has been dispatched, along with a tracking number so that you can personally track your order as it is being shipped to you.

We hope to expand Petite L Paris this year and venture further into wholesale, as well as establishing relationships and collaborations with retailers and other brands.
