SHIPPING POLICY
We are excited to announce that Petite L Paris offers worldwide standard shipping.
Since we are based in the South of Sweden, shipping costs within Sweden will be slightly lower, currently at a cost of: 51 SEK on all orders, and for the rest of the world we are currently offering: 190 SEK on all orders.
We also provide a special local delivery option to all customers living within Falsterbo Näset Skåne.
Our shipping costs are offered at a set rate, meaning if you decide to purchase more than one item, your shipping cost will not increase. We also offer free shipping on all purchases of 1000 SEK or more.
Each order comes gift wrapped, either in handmade paper packaging, colorful tissue paper or with our signature pink ribbons. Our shipping envelopes and boxes come carefully sealed and waterproof, as well as wrapped in a protective shipping sleeve.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Petite L Paris we hope that you will be very happy with your order, but we want to give you the opportunity to open your package once it arrives to take a closer look at your purchased items. If your order is not what you expected it to be, Petite L Paris offers a 14 day return policy starting from the day on which the item was purchased.
In the case of an order being returned to us, your payment will be fully refunded, however you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and arrangements.
All items should be sent back unused in order for us to be able to approve your return (meaning cards should not be written on, no sticker should be missing from a sticker sheet etc).
All the original product labels as well as each item´s original packaging should also be sent back to us in the case of a return.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email at:
Please subject the email as “return item”.
We will then respond by sending you a return shipping label.
Please put all item(s) back into it´s designated packaging as well as it’s original shipping envelope or box, and simply paste the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label.
As soon as we have received your returned item, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive your returned item.
What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?
Regarding possible returns in the case of an item being damaged or broken, we follow Sweden´s customer purchasing laws (Konsumentköpslagen).
If you receive your order and it’s damaged or broken upon arrival, please take a photo of the item and email it to us at:
Please describe the problem to us in the email, and subject the email as “Damaged item”.
We will always offer you either:

For the damaged item to be replaced

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at:
And subject the email as “Wrong order” and we will immediately rectify the situation.
If any form of dispute should arise, we will follow the general complaints board´s recommendations
