In the kitchen of Petite L´s patisserie Cafe L, she bakes to her hearts content. She bakes anything and everything from Macarons, Cinnamon rolls, Princess cake, Lemon tarts, Croissants, Millefeuilles and Eclairs. What often happens is that she bakes more pastries than her customers are able to eat, so what she likes to do, is to come up with creative ways to turn them into gifts and spread joy. She likes to wrap her baked goods neatly in glossy white boxes, tie them with pastel colored ribbons and them hand them out all around Paris. She has a few different ways of doing this, and one of them, is to go to the very top of the Eiffel tower, which is one of the hot spots of Paris. She then lowers her wrapped boxes down to the ground using a very very long fishing rod. Seeing someone watch with wonder as the boxes are lowered from the sky, catch one, open it up and eventually break into a smile as they discover that it contains colorful and fragrant pastries from Cafe L, brings Petite L so much joy.

Inspired by my dog Bruno, the character Petite L is a charming and unique toy poodle who loves going on adventures and exploring the world. She was born in Paris, but travels to Falsterbo Näset in the south of Sweden every summer, and also to China whenever she gets the chance. She spreads joy wherever she goes and embraces cultures and customs around the world with optimism, enthusiasm and playfulness.
The brand illustrations feature stories about Petite L, the toy poodle who loves flowers, French pastries, boat rides, afternoon strolls, giving gifts, celebrating holidays, window shopping, tea ceremonies, lanterns, baguettes, princess cake, cinnamon buns, singing in the rain and exploring the world.
