  • Are all products on this site designed by Petite L Paris?
    Yes, we guarantee that all products on this site are designed by Petite L Paris featuring illustrations by our founder and CEO Lovisa.
  • Where are the products produced?
    Our paper products are produced locally. Our greeting cards are printed in house at our headquarters in Falsterbo Näset, and our wrapping paper, posters and sticker sheets are printed 20 minutes away in Malmö city.
  • Are your products environmentally friendly?
    At Petite L Paris we always value doing our best to reduce our environmental footprint as a brand and we hope to continue coming up with creative ways to continue doing so. Currently, we produce our paper products in very low volumes to reduce waste, and many of our products such as our posters, are even "made to order" meaning there are no excess products produced. We are also proud to say that we have actively avoided using protective plastic sleeves as part of the decorative packaging for our greeting cards and sticker sheets. We have instead come up with other creative paper packaging solutions and have also begun reusing and incorporating our signature pink ribbons that were produced as a part of our giftbag packaging in 2019. Since our paper products are designed with lots of love and care, and are printed with the original artworks of our founder and CEO Lovisa, we hope that these products will be something that you will keep and cherish for a long time.
  • Is my personal information kept safe with Petite L Paris
    At Petite L Paris we value your privacy and always protect and handle your personal data with great care. The only personal data this is collected when or if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter The Petite L Paper, is your email address. We will only use your email to inform you about our latest news, discount offers or upcoming products in The Petite L Paper. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter at anytime. Petite L Paris has no access to your bank information. Our payments are processed securely and safely through Stripe, which you can read all about here. The only personal data that we will store when you make a purchase from Petite L Paris is for shipping purchases, and in compliance with the GDPR EU laws which you can read more about here. Petite L is a small company and we handle all of our shipping in house. Therefore, we will only use your name and your shipping address to successfully ship your purchased items to you. When you purchase an item from Petite L Paris, we will only use your email address to inform you that your purchase was completed successfully. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will then send you another email informing you that your product has been dispatched, along with a tracking number so that you can personally track your order as it is being shipped to you.
  • Do I shop securely with Petite L Paris?
    Yes, our payments are processed securely and safely through Stripe, which you can read all about here.
  • How do I return an item? 
    If you would like to return an item, please send us an email at: info@petitelparis.com Please subject the email as “return item”. We will then respond by sending you a return shipping label. Please put all item(s) back into it´s designated packaging as well as it’s original shipping envelope or box, and simply paste the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label. As soon as we have received your returned item, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive your returned item.
  • What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival? 
    Regarding possible returns in the case of an item being damaged or broken, we follow Sweden´s customer purchasing laws (Konsumentköpslagen). If you receive your order and it’s damaged or broken upon arrival, please take a photo of the item and email it to us at: info@petitelparis.com Please describe the problem to us in the email, and subject the email as “Damaged item”. We will always offer you either: To repair the damaged item For the damaged item to be replaced A refun
  • What should I do if I receive the wrong item? 
    If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at: info@petitelparis.com And subject the email as “Wrong order” and we will immediately rectify the situation.
  • How long does it take for an item to be shipped?
    Petite L Paris offers worldwide standard shipping, and the shipping time depends on where in the world your order is being shipped. It takes about 1-2 days for your order to be prepared and ready to be dispatched. If your package is being shipped outside of Sweden it can take 3-7 working days for it to arrive. If your package is being shipped within Sweden we expect the delivery time to be 2-3 working days. If your shipping address is located close to our headquarters in Falsterbo Näset, we also offer special delivery.
  • Which payment methods to Petite L Paris accept?
    Our payments are securely and safely processed through Stripe which you can read about here, accepting all of the following credit/debit cards.
